BRIEF HISTORY
Oct.1921 The late Yoji Naoyama founded a textile machine parts factory called
Ishii Iron Works.
Jan.1937
Re-organized into an incorporate company and set up present Morimoto plant.
July1938
Changed the name to present Ishikawa Seisakusho, Ltd.,and manufactured
under-water weapons for Japanese Navy during the World war2
1945-1952
Re-started the production of textile machinery after the war.
Jan.1953
Stock Listing on The First Section of the Osaka Securities Exchange.
Mar.1954
Advanced into Defence industry approved by the government,and established
Tokyo Research Institute.
Sep.1961
Stock Listing on The First Section of the Tokyo Securities Exchange.
Oct.1961
Stock Listing on The First Section of the Nagoya Securities Exchange.
1962-1963
Started the production of a series of synthetic textile machinery under licence
agreements with leading European machine builders including the two-for-one
twister of our development.
Mar. 1964
Started the production of Corrugated paper box making machine.
Mar. 1965
Started manufacture of Rapier weaving machines.
Apr.1969
Newly established the matto plant in Kanazawa suburbs.
Nov.1973
Founder Yoji Naoyama passed away .and Shigemi Nohara was appointed as President.
Oct. 1975
Developed the friction type Draw texturizing machine.
Mar. 1977
Developed the Aluminum puller.
Aug.1979
Developed the Cabler-twister for tire cord.
After 1980
Concentrated on the development of new machines by our own technology.

Developed the high speed Draw texturizing machine, model IVF 1200.

Developed the super high speed Rapier weaving machine, model "Beat MAX 1001".
Dec.1985
Developed the Flexo folder gluer with Fully Automatic Setting Mechanism
(model ACSYS FG-250).
Aug. 1986
Developed the Direct cabler for tire cord model DRT.

Developed the high speed Draw twisting machine, model ST 1500.

Developed the Covering machine, model ICM.
Jan.1989
Newly founded test laboratory and new assembly factory for defence equipments
in Matto plant.
